SeGzi sincerely hopes you love your purchase. However, if you wish to return your order you can do so with our satisfaction guarantee providing your goods are unopened. (This does not affect your statutory rights).

Unwanted Goods

SeGzi will offer a full refund on unwanted goods with unopened packaging and on the basis that the item(s) may be sold on as brand new and untampered with. We suspect you know why (!) but we have to tell you anyway.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

SeGzi offers a 12 month replacement or refund policy on all faulty products. Please notify us about faulty or incorrect goods ASAP so that we can rectify the problem quickly.  We would hate for anything to get in the way of your fun.


You have the right to legally cancel your order within 14 days and then be allowed 14 further days to return your items and you will still be eligible for a full refund. However, as we work on a same day despatch basis, if you are in a position to cancel your purchase on the same day that you have ordered it, it means it will not be dispatched and you will not have the inconvenience of having to return this to us. It might sound silly, but it's a good tip! As a trader, we have the right to refund you the return costs within the 28 days.

Lingerie & Sexy Clothing

By law, there are some things you cannot return like lingerie, DVD's, earrings, perishables, so if you have purchased underwear of any description, I'm sorry but we can't legally take it back. This is for health & hygience purposes - say no more!

If you have purchased Latex and if the items have been taken out of the sealed packaging, we will not be able to accept them back unfortunately. If you are unsure of your size, we would recommend going for a larger size. Do not hesitate to contact us before purchasing goods, and feel free to run any queries past us. We find this helps with returns.

Returning DVD's

We are sorry but as stated in the EC Distant Selling Regulations, we cannot accept returns of DVDs if the seal has been opened.


The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation. At we aim to refund you within 7 days.

Unfortunately, a refund cannot be issued until receives the goods in question. Don’t forget to ask for your FREE proof of postage at your post office.

How To Return an Item:
